The land parcel has admeasuring boundary with Tata Communication Limited, STT Global Data Centers India Pvt Ltd., College of Military Engineering(CME).

 HPIL intends to evaluate the Business model at land bank at Pune and inviting expression of interest for conducting demand discovery survey from interested parties/ prospective buyers/lessees willing to buy the land parcel or take it on long term lease as per Purchasing /leasing of Plots for Industrial uses.

  • This Form is merely an Expression of Interest (EoI) for conducting Demand Discovery Survey to identify the demand of buyer / lessee under Public and Semi – Public (PSP) use of land parcel at Pune, Maharashtra.
  • This Expression of Interest for conducting Demand Discovery Survey (EoI)is non-binding on the HPIL/the Company or any Individual /Body Corporate who expresses their interest in the present Demand Discovery Survey.
  • The parties i.e. the Individual / Body Corporate etc who are expressing their interest in the present Demand Discovery Survey understand that neither any liability nor any obligation of any kind shall incur upon the HPIL/ the Company or any Individual / Body Corporate who expresses their interest in the present Demand Discovery Survey.
  • The parties i.e. the Individual / Body Corporate who are expressing their interest in the present Demand Discovery Survey understand that they shall not raise any claim whatsoever, against the HPIL/the Company on the basis of their Expression of Interest (EoI) in the present Demand Discovery Survey.
  • The parties i.e. the Individual / Body Corporate who are expressing their interest in the present Demand Discovery Survey also understand that they shall not be entitled to claim any right, title or interest in the subject property on the basis of their Expression of Interest (EoI) submitted in the present Demand Discovery Survey.
  • Unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the parties i.e. the HPIL/the Company and individual/Body Corporate who are expressing their interest in the present Demand Discovery Survey, this survey shall not bind the HPIL/the Company to disclose its further plan of actions to any individual/Body Corporate who are expressing their interest in the present survey or to the General public.
  •  HPIL/the Company may in its discretion even after receiving the EoIs while conducting the present Demand Discovery Survey decide not to proceed any further with the said EoIs. In case the HPIL/the Company takes any such decision, no individual or body corporate shall be entitled to make any claim against the HPIL/the Company.
  • This Demand Discovery Survey is conducted with the objective to ascertain the demand of land as per present land use only.
  • As the present exercise is only for the purpose of conducting Demand Discovery Survey, there is no ‘real estate project’ of the HPIL/the Company at Pune, Maharashtra. Once there is a ‘real estate project’, master planning & necessary approvals from Regulatory Authorities such as RERA/civic authorities etc. shall be obtained by the HPIL/the Company.
